WHAT WAS THE CHALLENGE?
Our challenge was to find someone in the role of Group Manager for our internal recruitment team before my parental leave. It was bubbling with initiatives and development efforts, and we needed to find a person who could quickly come in and lead the team, support in both operational and strategic recruitment work, as well as contribute to system and digitization issues.
WHAT WAS THE SOLUTION?
The solution was an interim assignment with a focus on both operationally and strategically driving the development of the recruitment function forward. The work also included working with digital improvement issues and to become a member of the project group for the introduction of a new HR system, as well as leading and developing the recruitment team of four people.
WHAT WAS THE RESULT?
The results were many! Among other things, increased collaboration between the employees in the team, as well as between the Communications Department and Employer Branding. The team also increased its revenue and assignments. With Doing’s help, we have digitized and streamlined parts of the recruitment process in the form of a reference app. And last, but certainly not least, we constantly gained new perspectives in the management team.
