How we do it

WE DO WHAT WE ARE CALLED

Doings is all about doing things – talk less and do more. Our passion and strength is to get the change into the hands and feet of the entire organization. To create impact, both in behavior and in the numbers on the bottom line. Of course, visions, goals, plans and strategies are needed. But nothing happens until you start doing.

There are two keys to a successful, sustainable change: getting people on board and activating and training new behaviors. For this, you need a structured model and an arrangement that puts commitment in focus.

Our change model includes three simple steps and is firmly rooted in research. We call it Make it Happen. Based on this model, we set up our projects to create long-term sustainable change where people want, dare, can and DO.

Doings model

These are our seven principles that guide us every day.

Compensation Model

Our main strength is our enormous palette of different skills and experiences. But it is our commitment that is our real superpower. To maintain commitment, a surplus of energy is required so that we can handle complex issues in the best way. That’s when we are generous towards each other and creative together. That’s when we have the courage to think in new ways and make well-thought-out decisions. That’s when we have the persistence to drive development, to challenge and make things happen. That’s when we are long-term sustainable and competitive.

To succeed in our mission, we constantly work to remind ourselves of what is important – to remove obstacles and to nurture our culture and our high commitment. This is where our manifesto comes into play. These seven points guide us in everything we do and learn, every day, and they are the foundation of our culture. We call them our Magic Potion:

  • We value trust before control
  • We value personal commitment before documented knowledge
  • We value relationships and collaboration before processes and tools
  • We value co-leadership over hierarchical leadership
  • We value results before working methods
  • We value action and initiatives before detailed planning
  • We value well-being to achieve financial results

We are ambitious on all these points, as we know that our customers choose us because of our culture and beliefs. Something we are very proud of! Our culture is not just something internal that only affects us Doers, it is part of how we create value together with our customers. We are convinced that our culture rubs off on the people we work with. We see it every day. We simply learn as we live. And that’s part of how we do it.
