WHAT WAS THE CHALLENGE?
We had a successful history of strong growth and wanted to take the next step to secure our future success. Our latest employee survey had shown a desire for greater clarity and improved information and communication. So, with this project we wanted to clarify our direction even more – what kind of company does Klövern want to be? We wanted to create stronger engagement with the goal of taking the big step forward.

WHAT WAS THE SOLUTION?
The project began with our extended management team working on a draft of a clear framework. We call the framework “The House” and it partly describes Klövern’s purpose, and partly our promise to our customers and all employees. In The House, our desirable behaviors are also described.

The project continued with us starting up our new ambassador program, which, among other things, helped during regional conferences when we together developed a clear picture of why we exist and where we are going. The most important thing for us was to listen to all employees so that we all could sign off on what we came up with. After the regional meetings, which became both physical and digital due to the Corona virus, we compiled all the input we had received and finally decided on our framework.

Behind EVERY word lies an inclusive process where all employees have had the opportunity to participate in clarifying and shaping the formulation of our strategic framework.

The project has been carried out in close collaboration with the great Saatchi & Saatchi.

WHAT WAS THE RESULT?
In close collaboration with Klövern, Doings and Saatchi & Saatchi have contributed to:

  • Give a clear picture of Klövern’s culture, what unites us as a team and what sets us apart from the competitors
  • Clarify why we exist, what we promise our customers and ourselves and which behaviors we want to reinforce
  • Produce an educational brochure, that explains our culture and helps us to navigate everyday life; in everything we do and everything we say
  • Bring out a brand-new careers page on our website that clearly conveys our true spirit
  • Start a process towards a collective behavior shift – towards an even more united Klövern
