WHAT WAS THE CHALLENGE?
We were looking for an agile, modern HR consultant and leader when the existing HR manager was going on parental leave. The organization needed a strategic overall focus to continue developing as a product company as well as new working methods for leader and employee development.
WHAT WAS THE SOLUTION?
Doing’s consultant worked with daily as well as strategic issues within both HR and business development. A large part of the assignment consisted of supporting and developing the HR team. An important mission was the work to build and facilitate our extended management team – Heartbeats. Another was leadership development, which was designed with the challenges and conditions of the business in focus.
WHAT WAS THE RESULT?
The leadership training was perfectly adapted to meet our needs: Concrete and easy to absorb, with a strong focus on business and operations. Thanks to the short, continuous and relevant development efforts, our leaders have gained a good foundation to stand on in their continued leadership.
We got an incredibly knowledgeable and committed doer, who inspired, supported and coached the team, all of whom developed a lot, especially in agile ways of working.
