Our doer in organizational learning and behavioral design. Is geekily interested in people, behaviors and values. Surfs, skis and runs to gather energy. The favorite word is “Nice!”

Our doer in leadership development, HR and organizational development. Nerdy around people, behaviors and conflicts. Thinks that words require love.

Our doer in agile HR, OKRs and People Analytics. Project manager who is seriously addicted to coffee and music. Loves to do Doings party planning and takes the highest note in “Picadilly Circus”.

Our doer in project management with a focus on digital communication. Has an enviable patience and endurance! Loves early mornings on the countryside and to do yoga on the jetty.

LEILA LJUNGBERG
Our doer in co-leadership and culture in tomorrow’s organizations. Deliberately avoids the term “agile” where she has her passion! Does kickboxing, lifting weights and meditation.

Our doer in project management, digitalization and communication. Finnish-Swedish speech therapist who has devoted most of her time to board engagement and political lobbying. Always up for props with color.

Our doer in leadership development and communication. The queen of coaching for long-term sustainable performance. Sings in a jazz band every Wednesday and has Doing’s sharpest sense of humor.

Our doer in inclusion, diversity, culture and leadership development. Is strongly guided by values and finds most things interesting. Reflects constantly, loves animals and swims all year round.

Our doer in project management and communication. The most curious member of the team with deep non-profit roots. Loves having the wind in her hair.

Our doer in the work, culture and leadership of the future. Living in Östersund, is very impatient and knows all the ski lifts in the Alps. Backwards. In her sleep. And she is also our CEO.
